45 marks won't provide any college for civil in Pune. Either go for any private institute based on your 12th marks or go for a one year drop for JEE preparation.

If your daughter has cleared her 12th from Delhi then she should participate in JAC, Delhi counselling. DTU and NSIT will be a good choice.

It's hard to get admission in any good college even there is a little chance of getting admission in private college, try and search around you, maybe you will get, but I don't advice you to join those colleges instead of this you should drop or prepare for other state exams.

You won't get any decent college with this rank. Try other entrance exams if you have applied for any. If not, you can drop a year to prepare well but only if you are determined to work hard.

Hello Suril,
In Maharashtra, the eligibility for admission in any engineering college is MH CET. With JEE Mains only VNIT is available but your rank is too low.
But why only in Maharashtra? I am sure you can get admission in one of the NIT's with your ranking. Best wishes

You should pursue a field you are interested in because if you don't do it and lead your future with other options, you will not be that successful. Thus, I would suggest you to go for a field where your interest lies. But as you have asked, the best option is to go for mechanical engineering. If you are interested in it you can go for it. All the best!

Dear Parth,
No, it is really typical to get admission with such a rank in VITEEE.
However, to get admission in your desired branch, the cut-off rank will vary considerably (for example, for CS it is under 8000).
You may apply for counseling. All the best!
