Hi,
If you secure 68% marks in your boards, then you are not eligible to appear for JEE mains. Since, you must get at least 75% in your board exam. But, why are you not aiming for 75% or more and aiming for only 68% in your board exam? Top colleges rely on ranking in JEE and hence if you want to get admission in top ranked institutes, you must aim to get more than 75% in your boards.

Legacy, IITs at Mumbai, Delhi, Kanpur, Chennai and KGP are the best option for engineering in India at Government Institutes. BITS, Pilani is the best option among private universities for engineering.

In India there is a craze of doing computer Science engineering because India is an IT outsourcing hub. Employment opportunities and scope varies in different engineering specializations abroad based on countries edge in a particular technology area. e.g. Germany is leader in automobile, therefore opportunities for mechanical and automobile engineers is high in Germany. USA has very good scope of aerospace and electronics engineers. You may first decide about your field of interest and then evaluate university and country for engineering studies.
