Yes, Dr. M. G.R. The institute of Educational and Research are best for engineering for the follwing reasons:
It has been ranked 92 out of 200 colleges according to NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2023, 11th in technology and 3089 worldwide with 1659 publications. The placements of this is good as the median package offered is Rs 5.6 LPA in UG courses and 9 LPA in PG courses.

The following rankings can be used to determine the standing of Hyderabad's VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNR VJIET) in the field of engineering education:
- The B.Tech programme at VNR VJIET was ranked 121st out of 246 colleges in India in 2023 by India Today.
- It was ranked 50th out of 131 Indian colleges offering B.Tech programmes in 2023 by The Week.
- The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) for 2023 placed VNR VJIET's B.Tech programme in the top 150 colleges in India, out of 200 total.

I will not suggest that Central University of Karnataka is best for engineering as we all know that IIT, s of India are the top 1 tier colleges and are the best colleges for engineering.
Where as Central University of Karnataka does provide decent education and provides all the necessary equipment and facilities required for pursuing engineering.
It does lack on providing placement, as per reviews of this college, mostly students are seeking off campus placement because on campus placement are not good.

Guru Kashi University (GKU) is considered one of the best engineering colleges in Punjab, India. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and other educational bodies. It is also a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education and has a NAAC A+ accreditation

Absolutely Best here is my opinion :
- The Gulzar Group of Institutions' almost flawless commitment to international quality standards places it among the top private engineering institutions in Ludhiana.
- GGI is regarded as having a good placement; the top package is available for Rs 17 LPA.
- During the most recent placement drive, over 1,000 opportunities were made available, and over 200 students obtained numerous employment offers from prestigious companies.
- The NAAC A+ recognised programmes offered by GGI have garnered numerous awards and rankings from prominent figures in the industry.
- GGI is best for its price and placements
