According to the Joint Seat Allocation Authority Round 5 Cutoff for the IIT, Jammu, the opening and closing ranks for BTech in Materials Engineering is
The opening rank is 4097, and the closing rank is 4097 for the EWS General Category (Gender-female)
Therefore, you may have chances in round 6, but in round 5, you missed the cutoff by a few ranks.
