It may be difficult to get admission to the best engineering colleges in Maharashtra for Computer Science Engineering based on your percentile in MHT CET and JEE Mains. There are, nevertheless, lots of reputable engineering institutions in Maharashtra where you may be able to get admission through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) rounds. Among these colleges are:
- Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune
- Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (SPIT), Mumbai
- Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT), Pune
- Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Pune
- Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (CRCE), Mumbai
- Thadomal Shahan

You may get some random private colleges that you prefer but you cannot go to the top universities since you have 90,000th rank KCET. Try to search for some good colleges in Karnataka so that you can get a seat in that college. My suggestions are BMS College Of Engineering, R V College Of Engineering, JAIN University and so on.
