You can choose any field. This is the question one should ask him/herself of why one is interested in doing an MBA post engineering.
Common assumptions that I can think of is a better profile, learning, and growth.
Thanks.

The word easy is very subjective and depends on individual. Your chances of getting a job is more if you are studying in a top college where many companies come for recruitment but then again, you need to be one of the best to crack the interview and your technical knowledge should be sound.

Well first of all if you have a passion for anything you can do it without any excuse. Now coming to your point, you can easily manage the environment of business studies irrespective of which field you belong to. You can manage the things by making surroundings around you of business studies like you can make a collection of business related books and moreover, you can follow some groups and people related to business on social platforms.
At last I will say, follow your passion irrespective of what it is.
Best of luck.

In my opinion, no, it never meant that. Just remember, class 12th is a part of life, it is not life. You can be anything you want, you just have to have a mindset with focus. Class 12th, especially in India is considered as a sign of the future growth, but it's not completely that. However, if you score well in 12th, it is good, if not, then also it's okay.
If you want to be an engineer, you can join a normal engineering college and after engineering you can write prestigious exams like GATE, ESE, etc. which will take you to new heights. You can also write exams like UPSC (if you want to be a bureaucrat) and can contribute something to
