The admission to the Diploma course in Textile Engineering is mostly based on the merit system, where you need to have at least 50% marks in the final exams of Class 10 or Class 12. A few colleges, especially in Uttar Pradesh, might ask for a valid JEECUP exam score; the rest give you admission based on merit.
Rest; you can confirm the same by checking the respective college websites where you wish to apply.

You can easily apply for the Diploma in Textile Engineering course admission by filling out the online registration forms that are released well in advance at the college websites and allow you enough time to complete the application process. You just need to fill out all the details, upload the scanned copies of important docs, and submit the application fee.
Having said that, a few colleges might still follow the old pattern of offline form filling that you can confirm by checking the college websites. It is very less likely to happen, though.
