The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at LDRP Institute of Technology and Research include:-

1. Class 10 & 12 Marksheets

2. Scorecard of JEE Main or GUJCET exams.

3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.

4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): A Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided. 

5. Domicile Certificate.

6. Passport size Pictures:- Generally, 2-4 recent passport-sized images are needed to fulfill the application form. 

7. Transfer Certificate: From the last educational institution attended. 

8. Migration Certificate (if applicable).

9. Income Certificate.

10. Admit card of the entrance exam and Class 12.

This institute, LDRP Institute of Technology and Research, Gandhinagar, is a private college set up in 2005 under the Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal. It's affiliated to Gujarat Technological University and is AICTE-approved. It is run as a private college without government aid, and the sources of income are tuition fees and private trusts.

The various programs it offers are B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, and MCA. The engineering education is that which accounts for the majority of the student population of over 4,000. In contrast to state-aided colleges with rigid curricula and infrastructure, this institute is allowed to have flexibility regarding its curriculum and infrastructure, modern labs and hostels, and higher payments than the government colleges (INR 1,11,000 per year for B.E.). 

Eligibility Conditions to be admitted in B.E / B.Tech courses in College of Engineering and Technology (Degree), Abhinav Education Society are a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects, to obtain admission in the College of Engineering and Technology (Degree), Abhinav Education Society.

The admission gives first preference to Merit in MHT CET, and then further counseling schedules by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. The registration process gets completed at MHT CET followed by application submission through the DTE portal and college selection. Management quota seats give a chance for direct admission by contacting the admission office, subject to eligibility and availability.

Candidates seeking admission to L.J. Institute of Engineering and Technology for B.E./B.Tech should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the 10+2 standard, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The admission to the colleges is done through GUJCET or JEE Main and by counseling done by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) for 75% of the seats.

However, the candidates must register for GUJCET before May 20, 2025, and for JEE Main, apply through the ACPC portal and select L.J.I.E.T. For the remaining seats, which comprise 25% NRI/management quota seats, applications are made directly through the institute's website or admission office, accompanied by a copy of the 10+2 passing marksheet, entrance score sheets, and identity proof.
