The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at LDRP Institute of Technology and Research include:-
1. Class 10 & 12 Marksheets
2. Scorecard of JEE Main or GUJCET exams.
3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): A Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided.
5. Domicile Certificate.
6. Passport size Pictures:- Generally, 2-4 recent passport-sized images are needed to fulfill the application form.
7. Transfer Certificate: From the last educational institution attended.

IPU CET ranks are required for admission to BTech courses at the HMR Institute of Technology and Management. The ranks for admission in 2024 varied from 68768 to 96392 based on different rounds, the category to which the student belongs, and the specialisation of BTech in which the student is interested.
