If you are a female candidate with an OBC-NCL rank of 18,663 and a JEE Main percentile of 95.98 you have a good chance of getting into some National Institutes of Technology (NITs) Numerous NITs provide possibilities in different engineering fields even though popular branches like Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and top NITs may have higher cutoffs.
For example, in 2023, the closing rankings for female OBC-NCL candidates at NIT Andhra Pradesh were:
Biotechnology: 17,812
17,478 Chemical Engineering
17,478 in civil engineering
These numbers imply that you have a fair chance of getting a seat at NIT Andhra Pradesh in fields like biotec

According to last year statistics, an OBC-NCL rank of around 5,751 to 11,994 is typically required for admission to IIIT Trichy through JoSAA or CSAB in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) stream.
It can be challenging to get a seat in the CSE branch with your OBC-NCL rank of 16,500. OBC-NCL students have a little more hope of getting admitted to the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch, where closing ranks have reached 15,120.

You have a competitive profile for the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering program at SASTRA University (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) with a 95.5 percentile in JEE Mains and 983 board marks. When making admissions decisions SASTRA takes into account both board results and entrance exam scores. Your scores place you in a solid position despite the fact that the CSE branch is quite competitive and usually has high cutoffs. Cutoffs, however could change every year depending on competition and seat availability.

Your possibilities for a B.Tech in CSE in Delhi and West Bengal are primarily private or government aided institutes given your JEE Main rank of 4.5 Lacs and your WBJEE rank of 80000. Examine West Bengal MAKAUT affiliated colleges like the Dr. K.N Modi Institute of Technology or other smaller government-aided institutions which frequently have tuition costs between INR 5 and 7 lakh. You might look into more recent less expensive private colleges in Delhi's NCR area. Since these numbers vary every year always confirm the most recent cutoff trends and cost information on official counseling portals or college websites.

You have a fair opportunity of being selected in top NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs if your Gen-EWS PWD category rank in the JEE Main is 520. Historically, top colleges have accepted students with similar ranks to coveted programs like mechanical engineering, computer Science and engineering, and electronics and communication engineering.

As of February 2025, there is no entrance test for VIT Vellore's Integrated M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) program; instead, admission is determined on a candidate's performance on their 10+2 exams. Candidates must have scored at least 65% on their 12th grade exams.
The conventional B.Tech courses do take entrance exam rankings into account for admission, but the five-year Integrated M.Tech programme is different. Consequently your eligibility for the Integrated M.Tech programme may not be immediately impacted by a VIT entrance exam score of 4700.

It may be difficult to get a spot in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the prestigious National Institutes of Technology (NITs) with a JEE Main rank of 39136 under NRI (Non-Resident Indian) quota because their cutoffs are usually substantially higher. On the other hand you may have a shot at less popular or recent NITs. For example, NITs such as NIT Puducherry and NIT Sikkim have had better CSE closing ratings in the past. Note that the Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) program, which has its own set of deadlines and cost structures is frequently used by NRI applicants. It may be difficult to gain admission to the older, more prestigious IITs with a JEE Advanced rank of 14,000 particularly for in-demand fields like computer Science or electronics. You stand a high chance of being admitted to a newer IIT or to a particular branch of an older IIT though. In 2024 for example the final rankings for Mechanical Engineering at a few IITs were:
9,362 at IIT Bhubaneswar
8,829 at IIT Mandi
8,780 at IIT Jodhpur
Depending on your rank, you may want to look at these or other IITs Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Biotechnology departments. Further choices might be found by investigating National Institu
