I hope you are doing well. To answer your question, yes JEE Mains offers lateral entry in NIT's or GFTI's for any course you want to take admission.

Good to know about your completion of Diploma course. If you want to do B.Tech, you have to attend the college, as there are no such colleges which provide distance course for B.Tech.
