Hi Nikita,
BCA B.Sc BA are graduation courses, which you can complete in three years only and you will get your graduation certificate. In these courses, you study only the basics of computer Science. While in BE or B.Tech, you will get full knowledge about the computer programming languages. It will take four years and cover almost all the subjects of computer Science engineering. Chances of getting a job is more in B.Tech courses. Best of luck.

It will be difficult for you to get a seat in this college. Although, I will suggest you to give a try and participate in counselling. If seats are available in last round, then only you can get admission.

B.Sc Hons in Mathematics consider best of 4 subjects for eligibility. You may or may not include chemistry in best of 4 depending on your marks in chemistry I. e if your best of 4 is higher by including chemistry then include otherwise exclude it. You can also pursue computer Science assuming you have studied Maths at 10+2.
