You can apply for Diploma course in CS with this percentage of marks. The Admission process would be completely merit based. There is no direct admission for the same. MSU conducts entrance exam after that ACPDC will decide whether you can get seat or not which is an online process on the basis of your marks in exam. All the Best.

It is not necessary. This is because for none of the US Universities the admission is based on result of a single examination. It is just that their admission criteria is broader, and takes into consideration a wide range of parameters, such as extracurricular performance, leadership qualities, passion, etc. People who get selected based on their JEE rank, maybe it is because of their overall profile as they would have qualified Olympiads and all. So, it all depends on the overall performance of the student.

As you are aware of that the pattern of the examination for this year has been changed, so the cut off marks will not be same as previous years. However, with that much score. You may not be able to get into JEC. JIST would be swift to you.
