Yes. As you have got 97.05%ile in JEE you are competent enough and eligible enough to apply for it and to secure admission so go for it and apply.

If you didn't appear for the entrance exam then you can go only through management quota or through any recommendations. Contact the college administration for more details about this.

Hello Thamizh,
You have very less chances of getting admission for IT branch at CEG campus of Anna University. You might get it if you belong to SC and ST caste. But if you are OC or BC category student, then it is very difficult. Try your luck at the counselling.
