Hi,
As your JEE Mains score is 240, you will definitely get a seat in this college. You can get your favorite branch here. So, apply for the same at the time of counselling.
Best of luck.

No, there will be no problem at all. Many students get admission in second year B.Tech through lateral entry after completing their Diploma. No partiality is done with them at the time of placement. They get equal opportunities like regular students. Go ahead. Best of luck.

Hi Prerna,
As per your score, you should go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Shardha University or state private colleges. Best of luck.

Hi Kunal,
First, you should focus on your class 9th and class 10th. After matric, you will be able to get admission in Diploma colleges. Yes, minimum criteria is 60% in good colleges. And, this 60% criteria also apply at the time of placement. Best of luck.

(Thapar University asks you to do a summer project, the other one was my own). On the other hand, Manipal University students had 10-12 projects each. Trust me, this is a huge advantage. Manipal's infrastructure is much better than Thapar University. Manipal University has better placement. Being a college based in south, they have much wider and quality companies that visit for campus interviews. You can verify this yourself, ask any Thapar University and
