After the publication of the results by NTA JoSAA has announced cutoff percentile for each category. For SC category it is 54.01. It means that you are not cleared to register on their website for possible admission in NIT'S since your percentile is lower than cutoff. You can prepare for next 12 months and once again appear for JEE Mains with the hope of scoring well. Best wishes.

If you rank is 1830, then you can easily get seat in CSE branch in NITs. But, you mentioned your rank in EWS as 19.2k I don't get your question.
