Hi, I would like to give you a word of caution. This is so because recently UGC has banned all open school universities for distance learning universities from conducting courses of professional subjects like engineering and hence I would definitely like to advise you that you should not go to IGNOU for doing M.Tech.

I think you are talking about engineering admissions in Tamilnadu which till now where being coordinated by Anna University but recently the Government of Tamilnadu has decided to change it and Directorate of Technical Education of Tamilnadu Government will be coordinating all the activities. I am attaching a link that will give you in detail all the required information about admissions to first year of engineering and various criteria for these admissions.

Wisdom School of Management located in Indira Nagar locality of Bangalore offers students many courses. However, there was no mention of any lateral admission. Another interesting feature was that this Institute is attached to Swami Vivekanand University and gives out degrees obtained after correspondence course. At this stage, I will like to caution you from even thinking of doing anything connected with engineering via distance mode as it has been banned completely by UGC. I am attaching a link that you give information about this Institute in detail.

It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in civil branch in DTU. I am afraid your desired branch that is computer science is not available for students seeking lateral admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about lateral admissions in Delhi Technological University and its various courses that it offers and also about the entrance test that Diploma holders have to give.
