Much depends on the University. It has its own regulations. Generally, there is no problem for promotion. The backlog can be cleared later, in a Supplementary Examination.

I am not very sure about this course in specific, but MA in English is offered by the aided morning shift of the college and is quite reasonable. The average fee should do between INR. 10,000- INR. 12000.

Hello Sunny,
English is demanded anywhere we go. Hence, it can't be avoided in GD and PI too. We can speak in Hindi, if they allow us to do so, sometimes. Speaking Hindi and being fluent in it can be a real strength in some Government jobs where Hindi is much needed. Hence, I suggest you to work on your spoken English and be fluent in Hindi too, which we are because we speak it daily. * But please DON'T use informal language even if you are speaking in Hindi. I mean, don't talk to the panel like you talk to your friends. * Keep it formal and professional.
