In terms of placements and course structure, NIEM (Event Management Institute Mumbai, Best Event Management College, National Institute of Event Management in India) is a good option. However, the placements would be junior level placements with a very basic salary. They have really tried to make the courses industry oriented.
Unfortunately, in India, we still do not recognise Event Management as an official Industry, mostly because of its unorganised structure. This ultimately makes it difficult for an institute to design a course that will cater to the growing need of qualified professionals in Event Management.
If you are thinking of pursuing EM seriously, then try and get a job while you study EM in NIEM or any other institute. Actual on-field experience is what will help you in this field.

Certificate programs, both undergraduate and graduate, offer courses in event management without the general education requirements.

Some programs include an internship. Graduate event management certificate programs are geared toward students with business or marketing backgrounds.
You can pursue MBA in Event management after completing your BBA to fulfill your aspiration as well.
