Yes, BHU will conduct the entrance exam and there will be no change in the pattern of exam. However it is not sure that when will BHU conduct the exam. As every other exam, BHU is also in apostponed state and the new exam dates will be announced soon. The Government of India are taking complete measures to fight with COVID-19 but at this time we can't say what's our education department is planning for the upcoming academic year.

You do B.Tech. from any University scope is same
After BSc you Go for Job, you can apply to private companies like fertilizer or seed, they have specific field job for BSc agri.
You can also go for Government job, IBPS have specific vacancies as Agriculture office for BSc agri and allied. Competition is limited and easy to get compare to other graduation stream
