Indian students must obtain a CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of 8.5 or above in order to obtain a DAAD scholarship. Otherwise, you can also get a DAAD Germany scholarship if you have an aggregate percentage of 85% in all the semesters. Along with CGPA, you must also meet the ELP requirements listed below:
- IELTS: 6.0
- TOEFL iBT: 80
