Hey there! If you have completed your BTech why you want to pursue another BEng? Assuming that you are looking to pursue an MTech. you may want to consider UK/Ireland/USA/Australia/NZ. In Canada you may look at the one-yr PG Diploma. Germany has very high academic requirements. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Dear Susanta, scholarships are awarded on merit basis by the universities. You may visit university websites for details. You can also check British Chevening scholarships, Commonwealth scholarships and Fulbright scholarships for US.
Best Wishes

Hi
Germany has recently started admission for international students so they offer some courses in English otherwise mostly courses are in German. The only advantage is if you want an indepth learning, the local language understanding gives you edge and more interaction happens with the faculty. The chances of job in Germany also becomes better.

Hi Aniket,
Your profile is a bit lower. You could try adding relevant work experience and an excellent GRE score but your chances would continue to be at best 50 - 50. Would highly recommend you to look at other, less popular but equally good universities. Here's a link to get you started.

German Universities require 80% marks for admission. More over MBA is only for experienced people. If you are an average student you have to prepare well to aspire for MBA

Unfortunately No. Universities in Germany are very competitive and only the best of the lot get through. Experience does matter but your acads too play a dominant role for selection at technical courses in universities. In case you still want to try, I suggest look out for MBA programs there. They are relatively easy to get. Hope this helps.

Hello, yes GRE is optional. If your grades are mediocre to average you may consider taking the GRE for higher admission prospects into the top universities. Otherwise ielts score and your high school and UG academic grades will suffice.
