Hi Jerin,
For MS, recommended score is 6.5 or 7 with no section less than 6. This is the general requirement. Different universities further may have different requirements. Check university's websites.

You can change the university during the first year. You can fill the form of the university you want to apply and then arrange a few documents (different from first time Master application student) from your university examination office. If you are selected then you have to get your TC from university and enrol yourself at the new university. You can then transfer your subjects which are common in both university.

No international university in Germany will provide you with free education. You will have to find a sponsor for your education. The sponsor could be your employer or any other funding agency. International MBA can never be acquired for a free of cost.
