It totally depends on your convenience. As you have not mentioned the proximity of your home from the campus, let us assume that your residence is far from the campus. So then the answer to this question will be that you are advised to stay on campus only. This is because of many reasons, such as easy access to classrooms, libraries, student services, and campus facilities, minimizing commute time, etc. So if you take a personal room near the campus, it will be a kind of burden for you to cover up your living, eating, and commuting expenses. It may be difficult to get into EU Business School Switzerland because of the high EU Business School Montreux acceptance rate of around 80-85%. Out of every 100 students only 85 students get admitted. The english proficiency exams needed to clear are :
