Working in the US can be great for your career. They offer truly great opportunities across all fields, like engineering, medicine, law, arts, etc. Germany has easier visa requirements and better work culture. In the US you can be required to work on weekends but not so much. Germany. The pay can be higher in the US and have higher growth opportunities.

Yes, definitely you can apply even if you can survive easily without IELTS in a college or university in Germany. In Germany, it is more important to the German language than English. Language. You should have enough knowledge of the German language. You cannot survive without knowing the German language but you can survive easily without knowing English. Language much in Germany. Germany is an ideal place to study as the fee is lower than in other countries. Students from different countries choose Germany to pursue higher studies. Normally, you don't need any scholarship but in case you want to get it then here you can apply for it. Start the scholarship application process when you begin the study period in Germany
There are two types of Scholarship here. Government and Private
Chose any of the scholarships and study the details of them. Write an application and have NOC from College and teachers for it. The letter should be either in English or German. Now apply for it.

Unfortunately, there are a very few public universities in Germany which have hotel management course so I would simply suggest you go to go for a private university as it would be much better than doing a public university course. It will give you a lot of scope. I know it will be expensive but it will actually have a very good impact on your career.

It's wonderful to learn that you want to pursue your engineering degree in Germany. This is a suitable location. But it's not as simple as doing it in the US. Before they admit you, German institutions require a very high standard of academic achievement in addition to passing numerous exams.
