Hi,
One needs to have 13 years education to study in Germany, you cannot apply after 12th. Complete the first year of a Bachelor's degree or opt for a studienkolleg course in a German institute. Check DAAD website.

Yes, of course. Master's Degree from Germany is valid in other national countries too. Germany is giving a proper competition to other national country like USA and UK. The degree is recognised at an international level by various countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, UK, etc.

You haven't mentioned your educational qualification. To study in Germany, you need to have a good score to get a scholarship because studying there without any support requires a huge amount of money and as you've mentioned you want to join a football club that again a task which is not easy. I'm not discouraging you but my suggestion is that first, you try to get into the best club in India and then try further.

Its better you pursue MBA in Germany after completing your graduation, because most of the programs in Germany are taught in German language. Having work experience after completing graduation will also increase your profile weightage. Thank you.

For any of the course to study in Germany, Indian students need to meet up the minimum German language requirement. With this, they also need to get the academic record of the 70% or just above in their 12th standard which is mainly required. There are various foundations or the Diploma are available for the students who have secured 60% in their XII standard.
