Take mock tests, if the scores are really low and you feel you require additional help take help of a coaching center. You must prepare a study plan and stick to it for better results.

Criteria for CAT u need to have a minimum of 50% in graduation (45% in case of sc &st)
or you must be final year of graduation and holds the above criteria.

You need to figure out which are the colleges that are taking direct admission. And you can directly apply to those colleges.

GMAT you can take same year as score is valid till long. CAT you will have to take in final year
