There would be no GD. only WAT and PI. For WAT it would be an essay writing test where basically your grammatical and thought skills would be tested. It would be given a random topic from current affairs, issues, challenges etc regarding PI it carries the max weightage. questions may range from basics like Why MBA? Tell me something about yourself etc. to current affairs questions and some basic knowledge of finance economics etc.
Remember communication skills plays a crucial role in evaluating a candidate.

Both of them are very different exams. CAT is primarily for MBA colleges in India, while GMAT is primarily for applying to MBA colleges abroad.

Hi Giriraj, GMAT is slightly tougher. I have taken both. Which exam has more scope has no correct answer as it depends from university to university and profile based.

Hello Arpit, preference is always given to candidates with significant work experience. The top Harvard, Stanford, MIT do consider freshers and you must be aware how competitive they are. You must thoroughly check the university websites and even write to them for your query. Go through Financial Times MBA Ranking.

Hi Pramod,
You must first have work experience to be eligible for MBA in UK. Secondly you must take GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL. If you are looking for colleges accepting freshers you may refer to this article
