1. To apply for this exam, you must be an Indian, a refugee from Tibet, or a national of Bhutan or Nepal.
2. The age limit is similar to that for other UPSC exams, I. e. , 21 to 32 years of age.

1. Selected clerks may be posted in any branch of the applied state after selection.
2. After posting, you are ineligible for transfers inside or outside the state to which you were assigned.
