A GRE score above 315 and a TOEFL of 100 or more will do you good. Most Ph.D programs in USA are fully funded, so you need to be accepted first. All the best.

Generally, GRE is not required for admissions into German universities. Admission requirement is also specific to a program. For freie University-Berlin, please check:

Hi Vag,
You will be eligible to apply with a valid IELTS score. Good GRE score will definitely help. Admission decisions are taken by the university, so we cannot really say anything, but you have a good chance. Letters of reference and personal statement will be very important. Check for deadlines and apply on time.

Hi Abhishek,
If that is the GRE score, you can target some of the top universities. Your grades are good enough as well. You need to take the IELTS or TOEFL too.

Hi
There are no cutoffs first of all in Canada or any country abroad except India. MBA mostly requires GMAT score and you can check further details here.

Not necessary but having a GRE score will help. There is no minimum percentage, students accepted are academically strong and have percentiles as high as 90%. So if you have more than 75% you may have a chance.
