if you don't want to appear for IELTS again, then you can get an official copy from you school and UG college stating that the language of your entire education was English.
life after MS in Canada would definitely be great.

TOEFL on the other hand is the Test of English as Foreign Language, all international students must take the TOEFL. For more details

Register on the website before you take the test, you will have access to the online study materials too. Usually 3-5 months is required for preparation and will solely depend on your own capabilities. Prepare a study chart. Practice is the key and take the diagnostic tests as much as you can.
