GRE exams are not required for quite a few universities in Canada. However, you need to sit for english tests (TOEFL or IELTS). Hope this solves your query!

Dear Shivam,
MBA from foreign university require GMAT score, GRE is required in very less number of universities. Scholarships depends on your profile which includes your academics, essays, recommendations, GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS score.
I suggest you to first shortlist country and universities you want to apply to foryour admission and then start planning for entrance exams and scholarships.

You need to do IELTS because it is to prove your English proficiency.
In this you have to write four papers as Reading, Writing, listening and Speaking.
As this exam is a global one and it is to gauge your level to compare in the global level, it is better for you to take some good coaching and then write the exam. You will be given good scholarships by British council if you take good score of Band 8 and above. If you need coaching through skype you see www.mizpah.in or search for a good coaching center and take coaching and then write the exam.

Germany does not require a GRE score. However it is recommended that you appear for GRE to enhance your credentials. Additionally target 305+ when you appear for GRE tests.
