Only if that University requires GRE score you need to do GRE. if you are a professional BE engineering degree holder you are already an engineer and there is no need to prove your engineering aptitude again. most of the European universities GRE is not required

GRE must be taken if you are planning for masters. It is a standard admission test and tests your aptitude in mathematics, critical thinking etc and not focused on a particular subject like IT.

Dear Partap, you can give GRE, alongside you must give IELTS or TOEFL too. Check with the universities if they will accept three years bachelor degree as most universities in USA require a four years bachelor degree. Scholarships are awarded to meritorious students by the universities.I will advice you to first research on the universities.
Best Wishes

A factual analysis, mock tests do predict your standing but the actual difference is not much. You need to work really hard if you are targeting 740 from 690. Though not impossible but it is not easily achievable. Comparatively, GRE is slightly easier than GMAT. May I ask you if you are preparing for MBA?

There is nothing like pass or fail in GRE. The minimum score in GRE is 260 and the maximum is 340. Scores above 310 are considered to be good.

Its a good thought that you have decided to pursue your Master's abroad. You have lot of things to concentrate on apart from GRE and TOEFL. Because the universities consider your overall profile and give the admit. You have to write GRE exam when you come to the 3rd year of Engineering so that you can fly immediately as soon as you finish your Bachelor's degree. GRE is for 340 marks and its totally online based test. You'll have only Maths and English in the exam. You also need to write two essays before you proceed to the main section, its called Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA). Scores above 310 is considered to be decent provided

You have a pretty decent GRE and TOEFL score. But your Bachelor's aggregate is bit low. The information which you have provided is insufficient to shortlist the universities. Please provide the information regarding the backlogs, paper publications, internships etc

You can start preparing from 1st year of graduation as for ILETS speaking and reading english should be at its top with the vocabulary so it takes time whereas in GRE you have to increase your practise in maths and reasoning and the form of GRE and ILETS are very coastly so try to practise as much as you can so that you can clear it in 1st attempt.
But fill the form of ILETS and GRE in your last year of graduation. till then keep practising.
