Hi Raghav,
Here are a few links to help you understand about SOP and LOR. There are general formats, samples and even guidelines on how to write one. You could leave a comment on those pages for any further queries as well.

You have to appear for one of ielts or toefl to enter the boundaries of a country. This is mandatory. Gre is college admission in good ranked college. Not mandatory everywhere.

Dear Zeeshan, Congratulations for keeping a decent Academic profile. Yes there are options in US & UK for sure as there are a lot of universities available. For Germany, which is the hub of Mech Engg, you are expected to have better Academics besides GRE. You may refer to US News.com & DAAD for university shortlisting & check individual websites for more detailing.

There is no standard formula to calculate 10 point CGPA into 4 point CGPA. However most USA universities may accept standard maths conversion. You USA CGPA will be 2.68

Hi Steffi,
You haven't mentioned which area you are planning to pursue your masters in. Certain programs require a GRE or GMAT or a department specific test. You need to visit the particular department or faculty website for admission requirements.
Please check these-

Hope it helped.

Unfortunately not.
You have to look at a score of 325 and above along with higher GPA and overall profile of all rounder for top universities. However if you want to study from an average university and your MS subject is not very common, you can then consider positive chances of admission

Hi,
Not all universities ask for GRE and work experience, so, you may apply with IELTS band 7 or TOEFL with good percentage (above 75) in Canada.

Hi
For Master's at IIT, you need to appear for IIT JAM and GATE is also accepted. For abroad, you must have GRE/GMAT score and IELTS/TOEFL. Rest of the requirements will be as per the country you choose to apply. You may go for M.tech/ M.E / Mba abroad. For USA, take a look here.
