Yes, as an Indian student, you will have to get a good score in the GRE. Other than that also submit some other documents like academic transcripts, SOP, a Resume or CV, three LORs, and finally, good scores in English tests.

No, the University of Washington does not demand GRE score from graduate international applicants. Instead, they must fulfill the basic eligibility by holding a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent and scoring a minimum cumulative GPA of 3 on a 4-point scale. Along with this, students must submit necessary documents including transcripts, a letter of recommendation, statement of purpose, resume, and English language ability.

For Indian students, CAT is usually considered tougher in Math (Quant) and Logic (DILR). GRE Math is easier. However, GRE Verbal (English) can be harder because you have to learn very difficult vocabulary words.

90th percentile GRE score means you performed better than 90% of all students. For example, you get a score of roughly 162 in Verbal and 167 in Quant sections. So, you get 329 out of 340. You become part of the top 10% of students.

On this score, almost all top universities can accept your admission.

For LLM admissions abroad, you need to take english proficiency test such as IELTS or TOEFL, if english is not your native language. However, you don't need to take GRE or GMAT, unless the course specifically requires it.
