There are no GRE requirements for most of the postgraduate courses at the University of Edinburgh. However, some programs may expect a GRE score from international students. The postgraduate students must submit a degree in appropriate subject from a recognised institution equivalent to first or upper class honors in the UK to fulfill the eligibility. Some documents requirements include certificate and academic transcripts, personal statement, reference, and research proposals.

The GRE scores for General and Subject tests can be checked online. Generally, ETS declares the scores of the GRE General Test after 10 -15 days of the test. The official scores can be viewed in the ETS Account created by the aspirants at the time of registration.

Also, the result of the GRE Subject test is declared almost after five weeks after the test date. Candidates are informed through email, so they can check their ETS account and send the official score reports to the score recipients.

A respectable GRE score is typically considered to be 310+. In this score range, you can target a wide range of reputable universities. Your overall GRE score will be between 260 and 340, which includes the Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning sections. Score of Analytical Writting section is not included in the combined GRE score. If your score is 4.5+ in AWA then it's a good score.
