According to my personal experience, CEH course will be best for you, because it is highly in demand. One more thing you have to keep in mind that you have to do this course from authorized training center.
I can suggest you that which is the best training center in all over India.
I think, Koenig Solutions is one of the best training center and there will find special attention, best environment, practical labs, online training, well-trained instructor, learning atmosphere with best facilities, learn the latest technology with updated tools.

The scope of CCNA R&S Course in India is dependent upon the track of CCNA Cert you choose. The scope of CCNA certification is quite more than that of CCNA R&S as the security of data is the most important concern for every organization. However, there is not much scope for other CCNA tracks such as Wireless, Cloud etc. in India. However, even if you want to prepare for any Cisco certification like CCNA Security or CCNP or CCNP Security, you will anyhow have to prepare for CCNA first. Hi,
It is good to see that you have shown your interest in Networking. CCNA has been useful for those who feel fire in their belly whenever Networking is a discussion topic.
