To become a ninja in Networking you don't need to do Master in Networking separately and I don't see anybody who has done Master in networking but there are professional certification courses available on Networking like, CCNA, CCNP and CCIE (Cisco Certification). Apart from Cisco you may choose Juniper or HP but CISCO is an industry leader in Networking and I would advise to get Cisco certified.

I am glad to see that there are many esquires recently I am receiving on ethical hacking and security. Since, you are done your 10th and to take Ethical Hacking course there is no certain eligibility however, I would suggest someone must know following before to take a course on EH.
Networking fundamentals
Familiarity with multiple versions of Windows
Familiarity with Linux is not necessary but recommended
Familiarity with VMware Workstation
Knowledge of Networking and Security
