To crack CCNA exam first of all you need to know the integrity of CCNA course as a whole and ask yourself what are the areas you require to be improved. You need to do a lot of practice in simulator with different use case. Participate in practice exam and gauge your progress.

Ethical hacking doesn't require minimum academic level but below prerequisites are required.
Networking fundamentals
Familiarity with multiple versions of Windows
Familiarity with Linux is not necessary but recommended
Familiarity with VMware Workstation
Knowledge of Networking and Security

It's a regular course and even if some of the institutes are offering it through distance, it will be always be beneficial to go with the regular course

I know many individuals who is from Arts and Commerce and well settled in IT. If you have an interest in H&N, then you need to pursue for this course and if possible go and get Comptia certified.
