Choice filling is one of the stages of the HSTES counselling process. After the HSTES counselling registration and document verification, candidates can log in to select their preferred courses and colleges from the available options. After candidates successfully submit the HSTES application form, they must undergo a document verification process. BPharm candidates, however, need to first qualify in the Online Common Entrance Test (OCET).
To participate in the centralized online HSTES counseling, candidates are required to upload their certificates and documents on the website by the specified key dates. A merit list will be published based on qualifying exam marks for all candidates, except those in the BE/BTech course. Candidates have to fill the HSTES application form with name, address, qualifying exam marks, contact number, email id, etc. Along with personal details, academic qualifications like Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates and they need to upload scanned copies of signature and passport size photograph.

If you have the category certificate with yourself, then you will get the seat according to the category rank and if you do not have the category certificate or if you are unable to produce the certificate then you will be getting the seat from general category.
