There is no entrance exam to get admission through HSTES . Candidates are required to fill out the application form, and then selected candidates will get the call to appear in counselling. It is also important for candidates to know about the eligibility criteria. That is, candidates should meet the HSTES eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. It is necessary to meet the conditions, like qualifying examination, marks obtained, subjects, etc. The scores of the following exams are used for selectio of the candidates via HSTES counselling:
- JEE Main - BE/BTech
- NATA/JEE Main paper 2 - BArch
- OCET (Online common entrance

The admisison process via HSTES counselling includes:
- Step 1: Online registration and deposition of registration fees
- Step 2: OCET (Online common entrance test) only for BPharm candidates
- Step 3: Document upload and verification
- Step 4: Merit list display (except BE/BTech)
- Step 5: Choice filling and locking
- Step 6: Seat allotment
- Step 7: Reporting at allotted college

The filling up of choices and locking of choices for online centralized off-campus counselling for HSTES 2024 for Round 1 will begin soon on the offiical website. The result of the seat allotment by NIC for the first round of counselling will be announced on the official website. The Haryana B.Tech admisison counselling choice filling dates has been extended. The whole Counselling schedule will be announced soon.
Filling up of choices and locking of choices for HSTES 2024 Round 2 will be conducted online. Therefore, eligible candidates will get the chance to participate in HSTES 2024 counselling as per the scheduled date. Check out more

The HSTES 2024 merit list will be released on its official website. The merit list for HSTES 2024 will be released separately for all categories in online mode. The merit list will be based on the previous qualifying examination or entrance examination. Candidates will be selected on the merit list for admission in the B.Tech. Programme. The final cutoff date for all admissions, including those at the institute level will be released on the official website by the authorities. The cutoff is the minimum mark that the candidates will have to secure for higher chances of admission. The seat allotment dates will be released online on the official website. It will also be updated on this page. After the completion of the counselling process, candidates need to report to the institute allotted to them. To participate in the HSTES B.Tech 2024 counselling and seat allotment, candidates have to pay the counselling fee on the day of the process. Yes. The registration for B.E. or B.Tech. started on May 29 and the last date to apply was June 24, 2024. The authorities updated the information regarding the HSTES 2024 admission online on the official website at hstes.org.in. The whole admissions schedule is also updated. The HSTES admission 2024 will be conducted on the basis of JEE Main and 10+2 (or equivalent) qualifying examination scores.
