HSTES

Candidates have to produce the following documents at the time of physical reporting in HSTES counselling:

1. Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2/Intermediate/ Senior Secondary School Examination
2. Matriculation/ High School Certificate
3. JEE (Main) rank card / NATA Score Card
4. Character Certificate
   • Regular Candidates: The candidates who passed their qualifying exam. From School/ College as regular students are required to submit the Character Certificate
   • Private Candidates: Candidates, who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidates should submit their Character Certificate, duly signed by a First Class Magistrate
5. Residents Certificate, if applicable: Candidates, who have passed their qualifying examination from a Board/ Recognized School located in the State of Haryana will be deemed to be Haryana residents and will not be required to submit certificates of bonafide residents of Haryana
6. Certificate from the Employer in the case of Employees of Govt. of Haryana, members of All India Services born on Haryana Cadre, Employees of Statutory Bodies/ Corporations, if applicable
7. Scheduled Caste Certificate should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable
8. Deprived Scheduled Caste Certificate should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable
9. Backward Class Certificate should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable and income certificate should be verified from PPP Data base
10. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) income and asset certificate
11. Certificate in respect of Divyang Candidates should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable.
12. Certificate required to be furnished by the Children & Grand – children of Freedom Fighters, if applicable
13. Certificate from wards of Deceased/ Disabled/ Discharged Military/ Para Military Personnel/ Ex-Servicemen or Ex-Personnel of Para-Military Forces
14. Certificate from wards of ex-employee of Indian Defense Services/ Para Military Forces
15. Certificate of Medical Fitness
16. Admit Card of JEE (Main) / NATA (B. Arch.)
17. Annual parental income from all sources (in case of TFW quota candidates) should be verified from PPP Database.
18.  Undertaking of Anti-ragging by the student
19. Undertaking of Anti-ragging by the Parent/ Guardian
20. Aadhaar Number. It has been decided by the Government that from the session 2019-20 onwards, the candidate shall submit preferably the Aadhaar Number (or Enrolment No.) at the time of online registration. Coloured Photograph (JPG File Max. 30KB Size) and Signatures of candidate (JPG File Maximum 20 KB Size)

22. Income & Asset Certificate (EWS)and income should be verified from PPP Data base

In cases where the candidates wants to upgrade the allotted seats in the HSTES counselling process they can participate in the subsequent counselling rounds. For that the candidate will login on website and click on the undertaking that states “I understand and accept that, by participating in this counselling, my earlier admission/allotment, if any, will be cancelled automatically, in case I get new allotment of seat by participating in next counselling”.

Candidate has to check the undertaking and click on Accept Participation and Proceed to participate in further counselling. The candidates who wish to retain the reported seat are advised not to opt for subsequent counselling. However, if a candidate participates in the 2nd counselling and after filling the choices he/she feels that he/she should not have opted for 2nd counselling then at this stage he/she should delete all the choices filled by him/her to retain the seat reported through 1st counselling.
