Both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the selection of assistant professor and JRF. And the minimum eligibility criteria is post-graduation degree. The candidates can apply for their post-graduation subject or its related subject only. As you have completed both MBA and M.Sc. You are eligible to apply for both UGC NET and CSIR NET. This would depend a lot on your personality traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession. Say, if you are outspoken and like traveling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference.
