Hi,
MBA HR itself is a good qualification to get a good job in market. In case you want to still pursue a course
You have 2 options
1) To get a job earn experience and do some course part time
2) Do some specialized course then get a job? You can further do specialization into different domains of HR that should be based on your interest
Recruitment
Payroll management
Employment safety
Employee relations
Compensation & benefits
Compliance
Training & development
ERPs like SAP HR, Oracle HR, etc. This will help you to project you as an expert or specialist in a particular domain so that you are more likely to get a job in that space. All the best.

Wish you good luck.

Hi,
It depends on your career aspirations and what you want from a working environment. If you really want to work directly on the investment side of things for an investment bank, then a back office role might not be the place to start. You might find that you are better suited to a back office role, where the slightly more relaxed environment will allow you to thrive. Hello,
Welingkar is surely better than NL Dalmia. Since both the programs are very different from each other, choose the one which interests you more. Considering your academic background, Healthcare seems an ideal choice. Though opt for the one which is in sync with your career goals. Thank you.

Hello,
Case of being very weak, take about 2-3 months to get a good grasp of the various topics covered in the XAT. Since XAT happens in January, you have quite a lot of time to prepare. You can spend 2-3 hours on weekdays and double that time on weekends to study daily. Increase that time later on as per required.
Thank you.

Hello,
Knowledge never goes waste. Understand what specialization you want to opt for in your life. Based on that, take a call and move forward. If in any case you are confused while selecting the stream. Thank you.
