For HR, the best institutes are XLRI, TISS, etc. However, even XISS is good for HR but what I would suggest for HR is that apply to those colleges where the placement scenario for HR batch is stable. I am a current student of BIMM and I can say that the placement for HR from our college has set a milestone, even though the batch strength is high, HR students have bagged placements of 14 lacs, 10 lacs, 7.5 lacs etc. From reputed companies. Vedanta, Amazon, Infosys etc. When it comes to Fees and ROI, our college is the best as compared to all other tier 3 B schools as the fee for 2 years is just 8.6 lacs. The fee for MBA varies from institution to institution. A full time MBA costs more than MBA done via distance. The fee structure of MBA whether done in HR or Finance or any other specialisation depends solely on the institution.
