TISS does not offer an MBA programme. It offers the following courses M.A. In HRM & LR disaster management and many more. You can check on the TISS website. MBA with a concentration in Human Resources programme curriculum is mainly focused on business. Students enrolled in this programme take a certain number of business courses which give them a broad base of knowledge of how all the parts of a modern business operate and work together. M.A. In Human Resources and Labour Relations in TISS, Mumbai is a highly specialised course in Human Resources as compared to an MBA where you study basic management and choose HR as a specialisation.

Normally, the qualification required for MSW is BSW Bachelor of Social Work degree from a recognized Institute. After B.Com you might get through – But, please check with the college authorities as the might consider you with your HRM course as well.
