Human resource (HR) managers are involved with recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc. To become an HR manager, you would need at least a Bachelor's degree; some employers require a master's degree. Degrees are usually in human resources management, business administration or a related field. You may also need up to five years of experience. Certification is available but it is voluntary. With an MBA, you should gain some work experience in India and figure out what you want. Otherwise, options and admission chances are limited. Take the IELTS. If you want to study a management course, take GRE or GMAT. You can learn a foreign language too for better job prospects. Go through university websites for programs they have and match with your career plans. It is your personal decision.
