With an MBA, you should gain some work experience in India and figure out what you want. Otherwise, options and admission chances are limited. Take the IELTS. If you want to study a management course, take GRE or GMAT. You can learn a foreign language too for better job prospects. Go through university websites for programs they have and match with your career plans. It is your personal decision.

IIM that accepts CAT score and fee is on the higher side. Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, here also the course fee is above 10 lacs.
