Hello,
You can apply for the UGC NET Exam after completing the Post graduation in the relevant subject. You must have atleast 55 % marks in the post graduation. The candidates completed Masters from IGNOU are definitely eligible for the UGC NET Exam. You can apply for the UGC NET Exam in the final year too if you have given the final year exams and waiting for the results. There are various Human Resource Management courses available which you can do, some are from Gov't approved organisation some are from private organisation. Certified Human Resources Manager
Professional in Human Resources Training Course (PHR)

This is a very vague question as you need to look out for internships yourself. There is no portal which will inform you about the internships. It is better if you reach out the companies yourself and find a good internship.

You can take download the UGC NET Sample papers and Question papers from here -https://examtayari.quora.com/How-Solving-the-Previous-Year-Question-Papers-is-helpful-for-UGC-NET-Exam. The National Eligibility test is conducted every year in the month of June and December month. You can download the Previous year papers for practicing and checking the level of exams.
