Hi Manmeet Singh, I think you should first decide what kind of job opportunities you are looking for and decide what to study accordingly, since you are doing the reverse thing here. With an MBA, you should gain some work experience in India and figure out what you want. Otherwise, options and admission chances are limited. Take the IELTS. If you want to study a management course, take GRE or GMAT. You can learn a foreign language too for better job prospects. Go through university websites for programs they have and match with your career plans. It is your personal decision.

Yes, you can do Masters in hr after completing graduation. Though MBA is not mandatory for it but doing a MBA will increase your opportunities.

Which college or university are you looking for to do Diploma in Human Resources? HR is a really growing sector and it will help you sustain for a very long time. I suggest you study PG Diploma or MBA in HR which help you develop your HR skills in a holistic approach. It will help you get to know more about the trade you want to master in.

There are many good institutes for MBA that includes -
IIM that accepts CAT score and fee is on the higher side. Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, here also the course fee is above 10 lacs.
Prestige Academy.
Jaipuria University, the fee for the same is under 7 lacs.
