Since MBA is a Post graduate programme, you first need to complete your graduation and then explore seeking admission into MBA. You could appear for BA via correspondence course and become a graduation in 2 years time. Ensure that you score more than 50% marks at the graduation exam.

Yes, If you are B.Com (Hons) with 50% average at least, you are eligible to appear in Management Entrance Test like CAT/MAT etc. And, if you crack it, you are eligible to get admission. As specialisation, you are very much eligible to do it in HR. Best wishes.

Hi,
Congratulations on scoring 88.75 percentile in CET exam. Admissions for PGDM are closed. You could try for MS via ILS seats at IES MCRC. ILS seats are also merit based but you could try for the same. For further information please visit the website mentioned below:

TISS HRM & LR is the best HR program in the country along with XLRI. So, placements statistics are way higher than all the campuses except 3-4 top IIMs.
Average and median salaries are both above 18 Lakhs per annum in both the years.
TISS HRM & LR has been achieving 100% placements for decades.

HRM is not the richest, but has fame, recognition and respect and responsibility (Godly feeling). Marketing is dependent upon us, if we make as our routine or part of our life, then definitely it's the most the richest sector (M for Marketing = Money). While tourism is risky, with the advance in technology people are always looking for convenient and comfort (so if you're not up to the mark, you'll sink like Titanic).
