Hi Susmitha, where do you wish to study? Your budget is on the lower side and top ranking MBA schools are quite expensive. I don't see scholarship chances as well. You must also have work experience for MBA abroad. To bear the expenses you can check education loan from banks like SBI, PNB etc. For MBA abroad check here for the universities

Ph.D in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a 3-year full-time doctoral level programme. The essential eligibility criteria for the programme is to qualify the Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% and above from a recognised university.
