Hi Apoorv,
First of all, choosing any specialisation, of course, affects your career in positive or negative manner. Let's discuss in short about each course:
HR: Recruitment process, salary discussion, company laws, etc.
Marketing: You need to present yourself, or a product or your firm and generate the revenue.
Finance: It includes the accounting of the firm like credit, debit, funds, investments, etc. If you get a scenario of the given above then you already get to know the difference it creates in your career.
Every firm requires all the above three people.

As per your interest, Finance and HR both are good specialisation. By the way, HR (Human resources) do have more tendency to grab maximum job opportunities after MBA. This is a really unique field. MBA is a post-graduation course through which you can get the best jobs in MNCs.
