Hi Aditi,
No, Maths is not such compulsory subject that one has to have in 10+2 level of study. But, basic maths should be known as for instance, candidate should have studied Maths till class 10th level.

You can get placed in HR after doing MBA from IB. IB is a stream under various specialization occur like Marketing, HRM, Finance and other. In the International Business programme, student cans study about global and different from MBA Core.

Absolutely you can do Ph.D. after your MBA. However it is recommended that you should to go for industrial experience prior to your Ph.D. It not just help you to get selected in some top universities but also help you to do some real time research for that particular subject. Hope this helps.

Doon Business School, Dehradun is the 4th ranked institute for value for money in quality education in India. The placements are decent and faculty members are experienced. The fees for entire 2 years of MBA is Rs 4.1 Lacs.
The course fee is 4.1 lacs for 2 years.

HR Companies are extremely good that visit the campus. Placements are not all that great. Average placement package for HR is INR 5 Lacs - INR 6 Lacs per annum. For people with work experience, it may maximum go till INR 8 Lacs. Opportunities are extremely good, industry connects are good, and since it is in Bangalore, it shouldn't be an issue to get into a good job. Teaching faculty for HR is also highly qualified, with extreme perfection and industry experienced teachers.
